Thermo Speed Hardcore is a fat burner supplement by Olimp Sport Nutrition. It claims to help you achieve the desired physique by increasing the body’s metabolic rate and by stimulating lipolysis in the body.

Dosage – How to take Thermo Speed Hardcore fat burner

The recommended dosage of Thermo Speed Hardcore fat burner will depend on your body weight. If you weigh less than 90 kg your daily dose should not exceed 2 capsules. However, if you are over 90 kg then your daily dose should not be more than 3 capsules.

As per the manufacturer’s recommendation, when you are taking 1 or 2 capsules per day, you should take one before breakfast and another one before training. If you are taking 3 capsules per day, the same should apply plus take an extra capsule before lunch.

Taking 3 capsules a day, a box of 120 will last you for 40 days, whilst if you are taking 2 capsules per day, a box will last you for 60 days which is not bad.

Thermo Speed Hardcore fat burner contains a long list of ingredients. The product contains caffeine which is a proven natural thermogenic. However, it only contains 100 mg per capsule which amounts to a low dose if you are only taking 1 or 2 capsules per day.

It also contains L-tyrosine and Garcinia Cambogia in higher amounts. Both of these ingredients have shown promising signs in initial research. However, the scientific evidence out there is not sufficient at the moment to back up their weight loss claims.

The formula also contains cayenne pepper extract, black pepper extract and green coffee bean extract which have also been shown to have thermogenic properties. However, the amounts are so low that any effect would be minimal.

Finally, Thermo Speed Hardcore fat burner also contains a low amount of cacao extract (30 mg per capsule), which contains theobromine as well as caffeine. The combination of these two components has been linked to weight loss.

Some further research has also shown, that cacao extract may also act by inhibiting key digestive enzymes. Although these are promising initial findings, the evidence here is still insufficient.

Potential side effects of Thermo Speed Hardcore fat burner

Side effects can be caused by caffeine contained in this product. If you are taking the 2 capsules per day, the amount is quite low. However, if you are sensitive or allergic to caffeine this product may not be for you.

Garcinia Cambogia can also cause potential problems due to its ability to elevate serotonin levels. It can be problematic especially when taking it with certain antidepressant drugs.

Finally, there are side effects associated with taking L-tyrosine such as restlessness and anxiety. If you are taking 3 capsules per day the product contains a high amount of this ingredient. Due to the high dose it may also cause heart palpitations.

Final Verdict on Thermo Speed Hardcore fat burner

After taking all the above into account, my rating is a below average 2 out of 5 stars for Thermo Speed Hardcore fat burner.

The product contains caffeine as a proven, natural thermogenic which is a great fat burner. However, if you are taking the 1 or 2 capsules per day, due to your body weight being less than 90 kg, the daily dose is quite low at 200 mg.

In addition to this, other key ingredients like L-tyrosine and Garcinia Cambogia are not as well researched and may also cause potential side effects.

The rest of the ingredients appear in such low amounts that even if there was any research evidence supporting their weight loss claims, they would not be very effective at these low doses.

The ingredient profile is missing proven, natural and safe thermogenic ingredients like green tea and effective appetite suppressants like glucomannan.

The daily dosage of the product is not the best either. Depending on your body weight, you will be taking 1, 2 or 3 capsules per day. This means, that if you are taking 1 or 2 capsules per day, the supply of ingredients will not be distributed evenly as the day goes on.

Most effective fat burners recommend to spread the daily dose between 3 or 4 servings, to allow for constant fat burning during the day.

This seems to be one of the less well put together products out there. Based on the ingredient profile, I wouldn’t call it a hard-core product. There are far better fat burner supplements available out there that will help you achieve great results in a safe way.
