Pre JYM pre-workout supplement is available in two different serving sizes and a number of different flavours. You can get a tub that contains 759g of powder. With 1 scoop (26.5g) being 1 serving, you get 30 servings in this tub. It is also available in smaller tubs of 20 servings.
With 3 or 4 gym session per week and following the recommended serving size, one tub of 20 servings should last just over a month.

The first main ingredient in Pre JYM is Citrulline Malate (6g per serving). Citrulline is an essential amino acid and Citrulline Malate is the form available in supplements. Taurine is a conditional amino acid. This means that our bodies can make it, but we can also supplement it through our diet. Each serving of Pre JYM pre-workout supplement contains 1g of Taurine.
Taurine is thought to dampen the side effects of caffeine. However, the number of studies looking at the effects of taurine is limited.

Unfortunately, some of the flavours available contain artificial sweeteners or flavours. This may give the product a stronger aftertaste. Plus artificial sweeteners don’t always work for everyone. Some people find they give them headaches and long-term side effects are still not well-documented.
Although this product contains caffeine, it’s not one of the main ingredients. With 300mg per serving, the amount is not too high on its own. However, make sure you consider any other supplement you may be taking alongside Pre Jym pre-workout supplement that also contains caffeine.
